I had the privilege of seeing Link play in San Francisco back in 2000 when he was doing his Barbed Wire tour. To say that he embodied the true essence of Rock 'N Roll would be an understatement. The man was 71 years old and still tore the place apart. I find it very hard to believe that such a personable guy who is the very blueprint of what a rock guitarist should strive to be is not in the hall of fame. This should be telling anyone and everyone that has a clue that this hall of fame business is turning into nothing but a commercial joke. RIP Link. If this is what the hall of fame has turned in to, then they don't deserve the man known as Mr. Guitar.

Amen!
